Sri Siva Vishnu Temple of Pittsburgh Fund

To provide support to create a place of worship for Hindus in southwestern Pennsylvania, in order to teach Hindu philosophy and conduct and sponsor religious, cultural, educational, and wellness activities for the benefit of the local Hindu community and their family and friends.

Jim Salony Santa Fund

To provide support for the Santa Fund program of Our Lady of the Alleghenies Conference of St. Vincent de Paul, located in Lilly. The fund will help needy families and be used to purchase an article of clothing and a toy for as many children as can be accommodated by the annual available distribution amount.

Stackhouse Park Fund

To maintain and preserve Stackhouse Park for public use.

To manage membership payments for Stackhouse Park.

Steph and Kris Scholarship Fund

To help further the education of seniors at Shade-Central City High School planning to attend a post-secondary trade school, college, or university, This fund is in memory of Steph Roman and Kris Zubek.

Stephanie Lapinsky Memorial Healthcare Scholarship Fund

To provide scholarship support for a graduating senior of Shade Central-City High School who is pursuing a career in healthcare. They must be accepted at a post-secondary college or accredited program in the healthcare field.

Stephen Deal Memorial Fund

To support costs associated with sending students from Meyersdale Area School District to the annual FFA National Convention each year, especially for students who are in financial need and cannot afford to attend otherwise.

Stephenson Family Fund

To support unrestricted grantmaking as determined by the Foundation’s Distribution Committee, through the Fund for the Future.

To benefit local nonprofit organizations whose work focuses on children and youth in Somerset County.

Steve “Alf” Hahn Memorial Scholarship Fund

To provide a $400.00 scholarship to a graduating senior from Meyersdale Area High School who will be pursuing post-secondary education at an accredited college, university, business, or trade school.

Steve and Hazel Terebus Fund

To benefit a graduating senior from Conemaugh Township High School excelling in compassionate concern of others and community service, initiated in 1994.

Steve J. Terebus Fund

To provide a scholarship to benefit a senior from Greater Johnstown High School.

Steve Petro Scholarship Fund for Bishop McCort

To support students attending Bishop McCort High School in Johnstown, PA. Should Bishop McCort High School cease to exist, this fund shall support scholarships to the University of Pittsburgh for deserving students from the city of Johnstown as determined by the Foundation’s scholarship committee. Steve Petro was one of the first athletes to receive a college scholarship from the Johnstown area. He played college and professional football and later served more than 50 years as a coach and athletic administrator at Pitt. He was inducted into the Pennsylvania Hall of Fame and the Cambria County Hall of Fame. This scholarship recognizes his commitment to his family, friends and the Johnstown community.

Stiletto Network W.I.S.E. Fund

To advance a diverse networking culture for women who are focused on charitable causes related to human service, education, professional growth and development, and successful future endeavors in the workplace and community which they serve.

Stone Bridge Lights Maintenance Fund

To support maintenance and upkeep of the Stone Bridge Lights.

Stonycreek/Conemaugh River Improvement Project Fund

To support abatement initiatives to continue the elimination of abandoned mine drainage in the Stonycreek and Little Conemaugh Rivers.

Stork Fund

To provide financial support for infertility treatments or adoption fees for individuals in the Greater Johnstown region who have experienced fertility issues or miscarriage.

To provide support for all efforts and activities of the Stoystown Volunteer Fire Company.

To benefit early childhood education and the arts in Johnstown.

Susan Ankeny Memorial Scholarship Fund

To support female senior students graduating from Somerset High School who participate in soccer at the senior high level. This scholarship honors Susan Ankeny, a graduate of Somerset High School and St. Francis University. Sue was well loved in her profession as a physical therapist for Somerset Hospital. She is most fondly remembered for her love of soccer, a sport she was involved with during her youth, as part of a collegiate team, and as a coach following college. She excelled in sharing the joy of this sport with others.

Sunnehanna Goettlicher Vetock Scholarship Fund

To provide scholarships for Sunnehanna Country Club employees, caddies, or children of Sunnehanna Country Club employees. The scholarship should be for post-secondary education. To be eligible, the employee or caddie must have been employed for at least one year.

Sunny’s Community Garden Fund

To provide support for all efforts and activities of Sunny’s Community Garden, a gathering place for gardeners of all ages to work together to learn and experience the rewards of growing and sharing healthy food.

Susquehanna River Basin Commission Fund

To help ensure that funds are available to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the future to operate and maintain treatment systems, to prevent pollution, and to protect natural resources from the adverse impacts of untreated discharges into the waters of the Commonwealth.

Swanson Family Award Fund

To provide a $500 scholarship to a Westmont Hilltop High School senior entering the field of teaching.

To provide scholarship support for a Bishop McCort Catholic High School student who intends to study a major related to political communications, including political science, communications, marketing, and public administration.

Thelma C. Smith Scholarship Fund

To provide scholarships to River Valley High School students who are residents of Burrell Township or Blairsville Borough and who are pursuing education in the nursing field.

Thomas E. Bailey Memorial Scholarship for UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital

To honor the life of Thomas E. Bailey, especially his service to the greater Bedford community and to UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital, where he served on its Board of Directors for more than thirty years. The scholarship will provide annual awards in perpetuity for the first year of study at a four-year college or university to graduating high school seniors in Bedford County who are planning a professional career in healthcare.

Thomas L. Barletta Scholarship Fund

To support scholarships for graduating senior students at Punxsutawney Area High School who are pursuing post-secondary education at college, university, or vocational technical school.

Thomas R. and Sara A. Goughnour Legacy Fund

To provide annual funding to nonprofit organizations that were important to Tom and Sara during their lifetimes.

Thousand Book Endowment Fund (Everett Free Library)

To benefit Everett Free Library, by providing a perpetual source of income for library materials and by providing means to honor those contributors, or their designees, to the Fund, with recognition for new items purchased each year. Created as part of the 100 Families Project.

Ticket Wish Fund

To provide support for the Ticket Wish program, which offers unique, safe experiences, such as attending a show, learning how to skate, public skating, and hockey, while helping families overcome the financial obstacles associated with these opportunities to keep kids active and engaged in the community.

Tika Hetrick, Cory Roadman, and Tucker Memorial Legacy Fund

To provide scholarship support benefitting programs in memory of Tika Hetrick, Cory Roadman and Tucker, including educational scholarships, military and first responder awards, entrepreneurial grants, and animal facility grants in Somerset County.

Tina Weaver Memorial Soccer Scholarship Fund

To provide scholarship support for one girl and one boy from the Everett School District who have played soccer on the high school team and are continuing their education at a post-secondary school.

TMR (Tuscano-Maher Roofing) Memorial Scholarship Fund

To provide one or more annual scholarships for a qualifying child or children. This fund is in remembrance of all deceased persons who were instrumental in the success of Tuscano-Maher Roofing, Inc., including but not limited to, Sam Brown, Mike Showalter, Bob Derek, Jeff Yohman, Dewey Yingling, and Paul V. Maher.
